  October, it is the golden season in China. We welcomed the honorable customers from GIGC LTD, Nigeria-Mr. Gilbert and Mr. Peter.

  One of our Project Manager - Michael Bo went to Guangzhou to picked them up and accompany them to the Conton Fair on Oct. 18-19th.

  Then we visited two Press Machine factories together.

  After that, they were back to our own factory, checked and discussed the technical proposal about the Wire Drawing Machine, Nail Making Machine and Annealing Furnace.

    Mr. Gilbert was very satisfied with our machines; we signed the contract after confirming both Technical and Commercial part, Mr. Gilbert and Mr. Peter paid US$23,000.00 by cash as down payment on the spot.

    By the way, they enjoyed the Chinese food every day.

  Before they leave, they toured an ancient street in Hangzhou, they enjoyed the walking very much.

Final Test of Nepal Customer’s Gabion Machine

    It’s a great honor for us to have final test of Gabion Machine production line with our customer from Nepal. We checked the details of the production line including Main Machine, Wire Tension Machine, Wire Coiling Machine, Straightening and Cutting Machine, Netting Roll Machine and so on together. Our customer is very satisfied with our machines.

    Besides, we take our customer to Nail Making Machine factory as he required, we specially inspect roofing nail making machine, the customer is pleased with the machine and want to place an order later.

    We are going to Nepal for installation and commissioning soon, hope we’ll have further cooperation.

Inspection of Nepal Customer's Gabion Machine

  It's such a pleasure that Our Nepal Customer ordered three sets Gabion Machines from us last month. As everything goes smoothly about this project, the machines production almost comes to an end.

  Last Week, our MD Mr. Zheng, project manager Mr. Alex, Mrs. Wang and Mrs. Summer went to inspect the gabion machine. They checked the machine carefully with our engineer and also put out their valuable ideas about the machine, our engineer improved the machine accordingly. It cost a whole day to inspect the Gabion Machine, but it's worthy.

  Thanks for our Nepal customer's trust, we will try our best to supply the best quality machine to them and wish to build long term cooperation with these estimated customer.

Pakistan Customer’s Visit to Our Eraser Factory

Our close neighboring country Pakistan customer paid a visit to our eraser factory in Suzhou City(Anhui Province) yesterday, the two uncle are very kind person with good manners. We talked joyfully from business to personal things, political affairs in the fast train.

When reached our factory, they had a close look at our running machines-single color eraser extruding line and six color extruding line. They were impressed by the high efficiency of our machines and examined the finished products with high praise. In the spot, we settled many of  their questions carefully, although they distributed eraser in Karachi-PK for years , but never enter into the filed of self production, therefore they would like to start from a single color eraser production line initially.

Then we viewed the PVC granular making line, both single screw and double screw line, they do not have a requirement of high production so they prefer the single screw granular making line and we also discussed the formula used to produce different quality erasers.

After that, we showed them our workshop of machine manufacturing, then to the eraser packing workshop where they see our self designed automatic paper card and film packing machine, these machines are of the most advanced technology in the field.

Finally they intend to buy a single color line and single screw PVC granular making line first, separately, they’d also like to purchase some multi-color easer from us. If these lines works well, they promise will further to buy more advance equipment from us step by step.

Happy Chong Yang Festival

The Chongyang Festival, also known as Double Ninth Festival, is held on the ninth day of the ninth lunar month. On this day, people hold many activities in celebration, such as eating Chongyang cakes, climbing mountain, enjoying chrysanthemum and drinking chrysanthemum wine, etc.

It was also called the Flower Cake, the Chrysanthemum Cake, and the Five-Color Cake. There is no fixed ways for the Double Ninth Cake. But the super cakes is a nine-layer cake shaped like a tower.

Climbing Mountain

In ancient China, as people ascended to high places on the Double Ninth Festival, the Chongyang Festival is also known as the Height Ascending Festival. People usually climb mountains or towers.

Enjoy Chrysanthemum and Drink Chrysanthemum Wine

The first person who purportedly enjoyed chrysanthemum and drank chrysanthemum wine on the Chongyang Festival was the poet Tao Yuanming who famous for his poems, enjoyed chrysanthemum. Many people followed his suit, drinking chrysanthemum wine and enjoying chrysanthemum, which became a custom.
