Thanks for Mongolian Customers Visiting Our Screw Making Factory

Sep. 26th, 2014, our Screw Making Machine Factory in Yixing.

We welcome two customers from Mongolia, it is my first time to meet Mongolian customer, they visited our factory and we discuss a lot about the Screw Making Machines.

After the visit and discussion, they still had time, so we brought them to the Taihu Lake, it is so huge and beautiful, there is no lake like it in the whole Mongolia, they are so happy and took a lot of pictures.

Meantime, we are lucky, there are some people played kite beside the lake, and that is so specially, like centipede.

 We built very good relationship and hope we will cooperate in the near future!

Straight-line Wire Drawing Machine

Straight-line wire drawing machine is a very commonly used metal wire processing equipment, can draw high, medium, low carbon steel, stainless steel, copper wire, copper alloy wire, aluminum alloy wire, etc.

The main function of straight-line wire drawing machine:

a. deviation within 0.1%, precise meters counter

b. fixed length will automatic deceleration and stop

Wire Drawing Machine Installation In Nigeria

May 24th, 2010, Beijing Airport, I was so happy, so excited, I was waiting my flight to Lagos, Nigeria. It is my first time to travel by plane, and it is also my first time visit to Nigeria.

Our destination is KANO, NIGERIA; we have a big project about Wire Drawing Machine to the company INTERNATIONAL COTTON AND OIL PROCESSORS (W.A.) LTD., I went with our big engineer - Mr. Zhao, he is a very kind man, like a big brother, and I learned much from him. 

We stayed whole three weeks in Kano, those days were difficult, very hot weather, not clean hotel, strange food, etc, but we worked very hard everyday, boss and workers, everyone admired us, and we made a lot of friends there.

   After three weeks working, all machines positioned and started work well, we were back China at Jun. 15^th, 2010. It is a wonderful memory in my life, and I will never forget this special experience!

1. Conical Twin Screw Extruder

The machine is composed of nine parts, the machine body part, reducing and driving part, distributing part, extruding system parts, dosing part, barrel cooling parts, constant temperature oil tank part, vacuum exhausting part and electric controlling part.

2.Mould

3.Vacuum sizing machine
(1).optimized vacuum sizing box and watering system are made of stainless steel.
(2).instant vacuum control system assures stable vacuum.
(3).High effective spraying cooling system assures prompt and homogeneous sizing.
(4).automatic water level control
(5).either one-house or two-house vacuum sizing shall be supplied according to the requirement of products.

4. Caterpillar Track Haul-off

(1).Specific integrated and reliable transmission apparatus promise normal extrusion.
(2).precise pressure regulation system.
(3).Cylinder flexible clamp is used on the upper belt, which adapts automatically to variety of pipe specification and keeps moderate connecting pressure with them. The lower belt shall be adjusted electrically to requested position in accordance with pipe specification.
(4).High friction coefficient rubber blocks are fixed directly with chains.

5.Planetary cutting machine
(1).hydraulic float tooling method is adopted.
(2).smoothing may be finished simultaneously with PVC cutting machine.
(3).PC control
